Hey Guys! I’m Katrina Baugh, the brains and energy behind Virtual Sidekick. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since I moved to Northeast Florida in 2014. At that time, I completed my real estate licensing and began working in residential real estate, I quickly learned that I did not “enjoy” the sales part of being an agent. I loved building relationships with clients and the ins and outs of real estate so I decided to join the title side of the industry as a Title Processor. I learned a lot about title and very quickly, as it was very intriguing to me. I had a very successful career at the title company but I found myself wanting to be of more assistance to the Realtors that I built relationships with over the last couple years as a Processor. I bring lots of knowledge to the agents that I work with having had my real estate license and also being in Title. I look forward to continuing to build relationships with new clients and helping agents be the best that they can be!
