Broker Requirements

  • Ensure all documents are collected and executed by all parties.

Contract

  • Thoroughly review and complete all deadlines and timelines

  • Confirm Earnest Money Deposit

  • Weekly Status updates sent to you and clients

Escrow

  • Remain in constant contact through the entire transaction

  • Review escrow instructions

  • Receive EMD Receipt within contact time frame

  • Acquire preliminary title report and review for exceptions

Closing

  • Disbursement authorization is provided to the title company

  • Coordination of closing timelines by all parties

  • Utility contact sheet sent to client

  • Ensure closing disclosure has been acknowledged 3 days before closing per TRID

  • Track preparation and review Closing Disclosure
